Emma Trickle
I am an award winning Hampshire artist and the newest member of Gosport-based collective The Art Pack. I studied Art at A level but didn’t start painting regularly again until 2021 when I took a break from my job as a pharmacy dispenser.
I particularly enjoy painting lights, cars, wildlife, and night scenes, although I have stated that I will ‘attempt to paint anything once’. I work mostly in acrylic paints although I have also experimented with watercolours and water based oil paints. Most recently I have begun to incorporate my 3D pen into my work, to explore added dimension and texture.
Simon Lumley
You may have spotted Simon at events and exhibitions. He is not an artist – he is a software engineer and former mathematics lecturer but most importantly he is my partner and a vital source of help and support behind the scenes. Not only does he provide excellent tech support but he also gives up his time to help me carry boxes and set up market stands without (much) complaint.
